I made the mistake of booking the Pavilion pools instead of the Deluxe Pools. The actual pools are lovely but I found the facilities lacking. The lockers are rusty, the women's shower cubicles need renovations as they are aged and tired.
I must admit that I am spoilt by my first experience here 2 years ago when I chose the Deluxe Pools. Also on that trip I had 2 massages which were wonderful, I recommend the Aix water massage!!
I have another 2 bookings for the Pavilion pools on this trip, so I am requesting a chance to upgrade to the Deluxe Pools.
The staff are fantastic and the cafe is very good too.
