On time and safe. Our skipper explained everything to us and drove through the hole twice. We drove forwards into a cave and backwards out again. Fantastic. 2 hours is ideal for this trip.
Such a great experience. There was swell and it was windy but the boat soared over it like it was a flat day. Got to go through the hole. Total highlight! Definitely recommend. Guide was excellent.
Captain Marty made the trip with his humor and knowledge. The experience was well worth the money. Thanks for a great couple of hours and weather was perfect too
The tour was nice but it had to be rescheduled twice, because they didn't have enough bookings. The first time I was called and rescheduled to the day after. They also offered a refund but I really wanted to go so I stayed another night. The next day I went there and the tour got rescheduled again for 2h later. I would have appreciated to be notified prior to this, and not find out half an hour before the tour is supposed to start. I was really excited when the tour started, there are a lot of safety messures and you get a splash jacket to keep you dry. I was asking for the best place to sit and was told to sit outside. If you wanna stay dry, I recommend sitting inside or at the front. I got absolutely drenched and was wet through to my underwear. I was disappointed about the 'adventure' side of the tour. the fast boat was pretty smooth, I didn't even have to hold on. If you want an action tour I would recommend booking a jet boat tour instead. It wasn't very adventurous at all and I think the advertising is s bit misleading. After all the safety messures beforehand I would have expected more than just a boat going a bit faster than other boats.
